Our salon has the following policy for the mutual convenience of our clients and our team:
- We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service to anyone who is rude or displays a bad attitude.

- We are not responsible for lost or stolen personal items or gift cards.
- We do not provide refunds on services. However, we will work to resolve any issues with the service itself.
- All prices are listed on the menu. Please confirm prices with the nail technician before receiving any services.
- Kindly provide advance notice if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
- If you are accompanied by children, please supervise them at all times.
- If you are not satisfied with our service, please inform the salon manager immediately so we can do our best to resolve the issue.
